What must happen for me to receive a referral fee?
To receive the referral fee the person you referred must have joined 1st Class as an agent, become a franchise owner by signing their franchise agreement & paying their initial franchise fee, or signing their area rep agreement.
Is there a specific process for submitting a referral?
To participate in the referral program you must complete the online form as early as possible. That is important in starting the candidate process and making sure you get the correct referral credit.
What if I submit someone who was already a candidate?
If you refer a person as a possible candidate but they have a record of already requesting information about joining 1st Class Real Estate, then that person will not be considered as a referral.
Can I refer my spouse?
Yes! But we will not pay a referral fee for spouses or significant others.
How many referrals can I submit?
There is NO CAP to your earning potential so there is no limit to the people that you refer.
